I want to sell my HR management practical experience to the Fiverr buyer. HR consulting is a new category in Fiverr. My GIG already promoted within the top 3 pages. Is it prospective for me?

Only you can answer this question. We cannot possibly promise that your service might be successful. Promote it, reach out to your target customers, convince them to hire you, and see what happens. Trial and error – i.e., experimentation – is part of being in business.
