I achieve level one but not getting buyer requests?

I reached level one seller but i am not getting any buyer requests. Is it normal or i am facing any problem. Please help.

My gig rating is 4.9 and only response rate is 96 percent but its good. i don’t know why i am unable to get buyer requests.
