I was on vacation and someone order me and canceled it. so in this time 3 orders canceled and my completion rate become very poor.

You did great mistake.
You should turn on vacation mode before you go for vacation so buyer can not place order.

Firstly, try to explain your situation to clients whose orders you cancelled, in a few simple lines. Next, whenever your on vacation make use of OUT OF OFFICE option on d left side of your profile pg by enabling it.
