I have heard many times that people don’t get reply from CS but yesterday I had a problem for which I accessed to CS and they solved my problem 😄

Same here, I had to contact them twice so far and I got a super fast answer and they were really nice and helpful.

I wonder if it has anything to do with the language? Since I speak french I go to the french CS, Maybe they don’t have as many messages so they can answer faster. :thinking:
