How much time does it take to verify by Fiverr support for this top level?

All top rated sellers are manually picked by Fiverr staff. You have to fulfil all the requirements, and then they pick TRS by hand - good luck with it! 🙂

I fulfilled the requirements at least two years before I was selected, although I’m sure it may be faster for some others.
