Try to be patient and wait for Customer Service to get back to you. It may be taking them along time if they are thoroughly looking into the situation.
In the meantime, try to relax and put your mind on something else.

I had contacted them prior to getting to the hospital about my situation and I am 3 days past the day I delivered my baby and I still do not have a concrete answer from them. They seem to be experiencing high volume of tickets right now… as I see there are a lot of unhappy buyers and sellers on Fiverr.
Wait for Pinterest to get back to you. If you can, screenshot Pinterest saying that it is okay for you to have that gig. If you can’t, then ask them again to make sure, then screenshot that and send it to Customer Support to prove that Pinterest had no problem with it. Hope you get it sorted out!
