Buyer requests shouldn’t be your primary source of customers in my opinion but here is some advice.

If you’ve sent many replies to the buyer requests and haven’t had a single reply then you need to work on either the message you are sending, the offer you are sending or the gigs that you offer. Send a polite, concise reply detailing how you can help the buyer with their problem/request. remember each buyer request can get well over 100 replies.
