As a new seller, you won’t get many buyer requests or nothing at all. After evaluating to level one, you will get enough of buyer requests

the buyer requests not showing anytime… you have to check again and again to see the requests.

You earn it by completing a particular number of orders, ratings and funds (I think $400) as well no of reviews.

Keep refreshing your buyer request page

You need to pay attention to the different time zones while make sure you refresh the page as well, also the number of buyer requests depend on the category your gig has and the tags that you use in it.
