The only time I’ve gotten that message was on the app when I was staying in a hotel. I got it for everything, not for trying to withdraw money. When I got home I had no problem on my regular computer.

Are you tried with mobile app or computer? I think issue comes from your Internet connection. Try with stable internet connection like fixed broadband
