I bought a service, the seller didn’t complete it. He marked it as complete

Hello,
I bought a service from here and I didn’t receive my order, yet the seller marked it as complete and he sent me a message saying we will still complete it but it’s been 4-5 days since I bought the service and the delivery day is 1. I have tried to contact him and talk with him to see if maybe we can still set this up but he has not been replying back.
All I want right now is a refund. If someone that works with Fiverr please contact me so we can solve this issue out.
This is the first time I ever bought from fiverr and I got scammed , please refund me my money.

To make an empty delivery is against the Terms of Service which you will find at the bottom of the Fiverr main page. Customer Support will help you with this. We are just buyers and sellers on the forum.
