I can not read messages and also can not log in to support

I had a dispute with a buyer who canceled the order.
After he canceled I checked his site and he used my video.
Then I contacted him on Fiverr to delete the video or to pay for it on Fiverr.
He was agree but then he started to ask for my personal details and I told him I can not do that since is against Fiverr TOS and I asked again to delete the video or pay for it on Fiverr.

Then I got this msg:
“Messaging disabled! One or more of your messages was reported as inappropriate or spam. Please contact Fiverr support to resolve this issue.”

I also can not log in on Fiverr support page.

I already have two new messages and I can not answer.

Please let me know what can I do asap.

I know how support account work, I just can not log in. When I press log in it just refresh the page and not redirect to log in page.
