I can not see my offer in "sent offers"

I sent my offer to a buyer’s request , he accepted my request all the requirements were in BR.
In sent offers section I could see his requirements i.e. his request , but after sometime I couldn’t client’s request in “sent offer” section.

You couldn’t see sent offers from buyers requests, then that’s because the buyer has deleted the entire request. But if it’s a custom offer you sent to the buyer from your inbox and later disappeared? That’s what I don’t have any idea on. Maybe some bug or account of buyer maybe no longer existed
