Why are you saying this? BRs show up at certain times, depending on your country’s time. You need to refresh at that time. Then the BRs will show up.

What error message does it give you? Have you tried again?

Maybe it could be that the request you were sending the offer to is no longer available (eg. if there were the maximum offers already sent to it from unleveled sellers).
