When I try yo access to my active orders the page reload but wont show the order list (gigs purchased) . I tried firefox and Chrome with same results.

It’s not an isolated issue. It is occurring for MANY of us and needs to be addressed.
@cubano100 Maybe the order has been cancelled. Or there is some technical issue. Maybe you should talk with the customer support. If the support email not replies. Then contact on facbeook. They are responsive.
Order was not cancelled. Yes it is a technical issue as the page fails to load completely. .
This happened to me too. There’s really no other way but to reach out to customer support.
Use chrome web browser, Try cleaning your coockies and cache. Hope it will be fine soon.
