I can't add movies to my profile

I would like to add movies to my profile but I can’t. Message like this appear " File upload error. Please re-upload."

My movie file has right size, and format. But I tried few times with few formats. Always this same issue. Someone could help me?

If you mean video files to a gig, then you’ve double-checked file size, file type, and video duration, correct?
