Hi honorable members.
I am new in Fiverr. I got a problem about video thumbnail. As i new i didn’t know how i can change it. but play with Fiverr i figure out i can use my video screen as a thumbnail and i tried it. they take 6 hours and after 6 hours it doesn’t work. My gig video thumbnail looks irritating. How can i solve it. Please help me out.
I saw some others gig they use another thumbnail that is not in their videos. How is it possible?
Please give me the solution. 😥
