I can't claim my withdrawal payment

When I cashed out and sent the funds from fiverr to my PayPal I received an email from PayPal confirming that funds have been sent and that I can claim my money.
However, when I click the link to collect the funds “Claim your money” it sends me to a page that says: "We’re sorry, but that transaction no longer exists. If you think this is an error, please reach out to the sender of the money. "

I’m not sure what to do here since the money doesn’t show up in either Fiverr or PayPal, like it’s stuck in limbo.
Has anyone here had an issue like this before? Please help me to fix this.

Please contact with Fiverr Customer Support Center. Their super fast customer service fix your problem. Have a good day. :smiley:

CS is definitely NOT “super fast” at the moment. They are extremely busy and may take anything up to 10 days to respond.

However, they are your best bet for this issue. Be patient.
