I uploaded google drive and sent the link to the customer but I received a warning. I’m really sad

You can deliver the file by dropbox.

I use dropbox and google drive if I need to send files bigger than 1GB and never had any issue.
You should able to upload up to 1GB on fiverr so it might be another issue, make sure to compress the folder.
