I can't find my gig in search results

My gig has 3 completed orders each of 5 star ratings. It also shows about 25 impressions for yesterday (16th of April). But the problem is when I search as buyer even with exact gig title, it doesn’t appear in any of search pages. I also made a support request that is unattended for more than a day as of now.
What can I do? Please help me. Thanks!
