I can't read my messages

I received a notice that I got a new message; I see the message on my list of messages, but I can’t open it. What’s up with that and is their any way I can contact customer service. The “help centre” does not seem to address technical issues such as this.

What happens or what message shows up then you try to open it up? Contact fiverr here support.fiverr.com

Same problem here. Some messages are visible on Fiverr app but not on the website itself.
