I can't upload PDF to my gigs

I tried to add PDF files to my following gigs.

I couldn’t upload any PDF. It shows a error message on all browsers.

I am new to Fiverr, Please help me to upload pdf files.

Does the system take pdf’s or just image files? Try exporting your file as an image. Also check the size limits of fiverr. Although they allow video so file size should be fairly decent.
