I can't use buyer requests

I’ve had a hard time on at least getting someone interested in my gigs. Unfortunately, my rating has gone low because of client issues. This means that I can’t send offers from the buyer requests page. At this point, I can’t do anything; my hands are tied. Buyer requests are practically the only way for sales in my case.

That’s not really helpful considering there’s no pragmatic way to solving this issue. I think I’ll just not do freelancing.
