I can't verify my ID due to lack of memory?

Fiverr is asking me to verify my ID by taking and sending a picture of one of my ID documents. I have tried a picture of my passport, ID card and my Settle Status card and I’m always told the same: “the process could not be finished due to lack of memory”. I have memory on my phone. I don’t know what they’re talking about.

Has anyone had the same problem? How can I fix this? Thanks.

If you’re facing issue from your phone, You can always access fiverr from a desktop. However submit a request on fiverr customer support and they’ll definitely get back to you.

I think her issue is that when a seller has to verify their account it must be done with a picture you have taken with your phone and sent from your phone.
