I can't Verify my new Gigs?

Hello, I’m a new user. So maybe there are things I don’t know about the rules.
I tried to make new Gigs, it was went so good until the last step, the verification through phone number.
I could receive the code in my phone number, but when I tried to submit the code, it said that the code is wrong but I was very sure that the code is right. I’ve tried it several times but still has the same problem.
Now I got banned for couldn’t make new Gigs for 48 hours.
Do you guys know why? And may you tell me how to solve it?
