I can't withdraw my balance

I have payonerr card but my online account is blocked. I order my card via fiverr marketplace. but one day i contact support center. they ask me my birth day date. unfortunately i give wrong answer after one minutes i give the real date. then my account is blocked. how can i reactive my online payoneer account? please help me. Thank You!
