I delivered, but the order still appears as "late"

I delivered my gig, the buyer is happy with it, but Fiverr doesn’t register it and our respective resolution pages only offer us to cancel the project… what went wrong? What can I do?

Have you created a support ticket? Though not to expect a lot from support guys but still it’s worth a shot and there are more than few innocent ways where without a seller’s fault order can be marked late which is a bug in fiverr’s system which they are reluctant to resolve.
