I didn’t get my order from the seller but fiverr charged me

Hello,

Recently I ordered a gig from a seller named victorianimate.

3 days after the placed the order I got this message:

"Hey Dear,
your projects are completed. We are working to resolve network issues. They 80% resolved, just few time more and your work will be delivered to you!

Thank you so much for your cooperation and patience!

Thanks!"

There was no delivery with the message and I guessed he just started to work
on the order as he wrote. After a few days that I haven’t heard from him I wrote
him to find out what’s with the order but he didn’t respond.

Now I want my money back but the order is marked as completed so I cannot cancel it.

Please help.
