I didn't get mail after withdrawn from fiverr

two days are ago I have withdrawn money from fiverr to bank account, after successful withdrawn from fiverr i didn’t get an email from payoneer, even i have been asked for additional verification of document and i have provided them all the documents as well. But I am confused that why i didn’t get an email from payoneer. please help me what should i do next, do I have to wait further? Please help me
