Hi, I am new on fiverr joined a week ago. I got 59 impressions and 18 views but still no orders. I also send offers to buyers requests. Can somebody give me tips on how to get orders? I stay online for almost 24 hours. Also check out my gig https://www.fiverr.com/nosh_designs. Thanks!

In your gig tags you should use the logo word, like:
custom logo, hand drawn logo, logo design, human logo, mascot logo design etc.
Your designs and gig seems good, you will get orders, it takes time sometime to get your first order. Logo category is so much competitive, you should create more gigs with some less competitive keywords.

I dont want to sound impolite, but I think you have to improve on your logo design. As said before, this category is highly competitve and there are a lot of really good people.
