Can someone please explain how I can use this page? Some people posted the same things as I did but mine was not approved. I don’t understand.

If you’re asking about the Buyer Requests section, it’s for buyers to post what they need done (and then sellers send them their offers).

If by buyer’s page you meant Buyer’s Requests page.
