Just thinking, And you never had problem with Fiverr TOS regarding this
ā€œWe will provide Email, live chat, Fb and Instagram service. 900-1200 Emailsā€

It basically lists all the outside Fiverr communication options. In order to get this client must share with you all these outside Fiverr communication option. Donā€™t you get flags or warning when client sends you email address or other sites?

Fiverr allows you to share the email address or all necessary informatics when you need it for work purpose. We always try to communicate via Fiverr. We ignore clients even if they ask for outside communication on fiverr.

But your entire GIG is offering outside Fiverr communication. And yes, you are right, if it required for job then it is OK.
