I feel emotionally blackmailed here. Any thoughts would be appreciated

Hi All, I have a question. As a private investigator, thus far, I have a 5 Star rating and great reviews, however, one person who I tried to help, doing 12 hours work or more for a 3 hour job and I gave this person several leads on what they were seeking, yet they did not prove to be fruitful. Even though I am continuing to assist this person at no extra charge, as I like happy customers and I am am trying to keep this one happy too. The job was completed and and settled weeks ago. Can this person still write a bad review if I do not find what they are looking for specifically? I feel emotionally blackmailed here. Any thoughts would be appreciated.
