I fulfil all of my requirement but did not get promoted. 2 month ago I was level 2 seller

Today 15 August, it’s time to evaluation my level. but I am still level 0 seller. may I know why? because I fulfill all requirement and need to go level 2 seller again. Please check my profile also I send images of my analytic report. see this also.
