I got a one warning , but showing 3

but now showing first 1, then , 2 , now warning showing 3 , i didnot receive any mail or notification from fiverr for another 2, what should i do?

May be it happens for system error . Sometime notification show repeated things. You got one and that have shown 3 … However you are lucky that you have not been demoted yet … Because As I know partial delivery is a violation . And violation demote the level …
