i got a warning of : Unsolicited Messages Violation but i didnt do nothing bcs yesterday fiverr hve an issue that we cant send msg but i send 3 msg to buyers !! please what i can to do

You randomly sent messages to buyers without them contacting you first? If so, then that’s the issue. Poeple can report you if you send random messages.

i know that but the buyers sent first , and for that idk why i get the warning anf the 1st

Did you send multiple messages pressuring the buyer to buy your products or a custom offer that he didn’t request himself?
