I got bad review from buyer

I sent him screenshots before delivery he was not online to approve the design.
I delivered the work on time. When they came online and left 2-star reviews.

You could reply to their review in a professional manner but that’s about it. You popped your negative review cherry now move on. Try to do better with your next order.
