Fiverr customer support cancelled my order even when I had delivered the order…I did my best but it seemed that the buyer was impatient as I asked her to give me 12 hours just 12 hours after the order was placed and after I had delivered… Nevertheless the buyer never left a review which am thankful for but my stats have been affected…How can I cope after this incident? It was my first cancellation

That doesn’t make sense. The shortest formal delivery time available is 24 hours from the moment an order is placed.
How can an order be cancelled by CS if you delivered within 24 hours? There must be another reason.
A buyer has up to 10 days from an order being marked as complete to leave a review.
She cancelled her order so she’s not qualified to evaluate the order
