I got TOS warning

One week ago I got a warning of third party TOS violation. Then I make corrections and published the gig and today I got another warning and it says if I got another my account will be disabled. Now my question is what if I get another warning maybe 6 months or 1-year later?
Note: There are similar gigs in Fiverr and they are running without getting any warning.

That doesn’t mean it is okay. It just means that they weren’t caught yet.
