I had cancelled order it has now been 62 days but it has not be removed

As it’s said after 60 days cancel order is removed? Then why not in my account.

It doesn’t get removed from your account, but it shouldn’t count against your delivered percentage after 60 days.

Please ask CS if it’s still doing so.
