Hello. You have to make sure you meet all the requirements in your analytics tab and receive atleast a 90% on each section.

P.S. this thread is 5 years old… you could start a new one 😊

My response rate is 100%, my overall rating is 100% , I have also completed 21 orders and I haven’t been able to level one!

if you get the level 2 badge then you’ll able to unlock More “gig extra” options…

your profile must meet all the requirements to get the next level badge .

If you can keep all requirements until next Evaluation period, you will be promoted to next level 😉

Complete at least 10 individual orders (all time)
Earn at least $400
Maintain a 4.8 star rating over the course of 60 days
90% Response rate over the course of 60 days
90% Order completion over the course of 60 days
90% On-time Delivery over the course of 60 days
Avoiding receiving warnings over the course of 30 days
