I have a dilemma

I write articles, and I have a few niche gigs up. I was looking at some buyer requests, and it seems like I need to set up a gig just to reply to general article requests. Since we can’t send a note to the requesters (or can we? I can’t see a way).



The problem as I see it is that I don’t want to have this as a general gig that will get a lot of spontaneous orders that I will have to cancel. How would you write a gig description for something like that? Could I just put that it is for general article topics not covered by my niche gigs, then list topics I won’t write?
