I have an issue with live portfolio

I recently delivered my first order however after the buyer rated me, my work wouldn’t show up on the portfolio. After doing some reading I found out that I have to turn on the live portfolio but it’s un-clickable . Please help. I really want to show that work on my portfolio.

If your buyer does not choose to have it appear in your portfolio it won’t.

After you compleat the work, you need to upload a png or jpg picture of your work.

When the buyer mark the orden as complete, he need to select a checkbox that say something like “Show work”.

You can said it, many buyers don’t know that.
