Wait for the evaluation day, the 15th day.

you need to maintain 90% response rate, 90 % order completion rate, 90% on time delivery, 4.7 rating.10 orders on fiverr. then you will automatically upgrade level on upcoming evalution date.

If you Switch to Selling and then click Analytics you can scroll down to check your individual position re levelling up on the 15th of the month.
