I have lost my money

Hello everyone.
I worked for a client with one of my gigs.
I delivered, all perfect. But after some days I realized that I had not been credited immediately, the amount that I had agreed without problems with the customer and I cannot understand why. I have contacted support twice but have not received a reply yet. I think it is a technical error by Fiverrr but I cannot speak to anyone, it is over $ 100.00 lost. they are not few.
What can I do? I don’t think my client has anything to do with it.

To verify:

  • An order was placed
  • You delivered through the order page
  • The order was accepted OR three days have passed since delivery

But the amount is NOT showing up as ‘pending clearance’ under the Earnings tab?
