I have rating of 4.4,due to which i cannot sent buyer request

please guide me what to do.my seller had given me a rating of 4.5
though he was satisfied by work but still I don’t know what made him to do so

The only solution would be to complete more orders, that earn you 5-star reviews, and raise your 60-day seller rating. You could also wait 60 days for that 4.5 review to drop out of the 60-day rating period.

Until then, it you need to find more buyers, you will have to learn how to market and promote your services to bring in your own customers.
