I have receiving no orders from 2 weeks

Good morning, I am a level 2 Fiverr vendor and a top seller in legal writing category. I was very happy with Fiverr services until 2 weeks ago. From this date, I have received no particular orders (only 2 orders given by my actions on the Buyers requests section). In particular, my gigs statistics are negative, my gigs does not appear in the first pages of searches (having 4.9+ positive reviews and constantly promoting my gigs on Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn). I am really devastated by this situation, since I do not know how to proceed in order to return to receive orders. Is it possible that my account has visibility problems?
