I have completed an order successfully with clients full satisfaction. But the portfolio video isn’t showing on my gig nor in the review. What might be the problem? I am new. what can I do now?

When a seller deliver order with work/portfolio , buyer get an option that they want to show the work on your profile or not .If they mark that they do not want to show the work on your profile then it will not be shown on your profile .
