I have responded to all messages yet my response rate has sunk to an abysmal 80%

I don’t know what could possibly be the problem. I have responded to all messages, at least since the last three months yet my response rate kept falling and is now at an abysmal 80%. It has caused me two levels already; I came crashing from level 2 to no level and it has remained that way.

Also, I make it a habit to always respond to each enquiry in a timely manner, yet my response time has remained at 4 hours.

I don’t know what could be causing these issues.

Submit a ticket to support and have it reviewed. Probably your stats are bugged.
