I have yet to get a refund and it's a been a week

So i did some stupid testing stuff on fiver with $25 and asked some people to say stupid things and i ended up getting banned, but i got an email saying i was getting my 3 re-funds but i have yet to get my money back and i ordered another but cancelled because the guy was on hold or something so i have lost all my money and it’s yet to come back
