I joined as a seller but is always taking me back to join again

Hello, am new to Fiverr. I have signed up and even created sellers account but is not working. When I click on selling on my profile, it will take me back to the join seller’s page. Please is like I didn’t do something correctly please I need suggestions. Thanks
